  • The track talks here remind me over and over again to slow down and delve into the non-history type discussions to reel my students in and to give low stakes opportunities to learn new skills. I'll definitely be using the rules and triangle method and need to play around MindMup. This was a really valuable session!

  • I agree, Hajra!  I think that when I introduce these skills I use non-history type discussions, but I tend to not use them again throughout my course.  I think it would be helpful for students to bring those conversations back throughout the school year.
