“How doe we help students to scale to take in global, multicultural perspectives?”

In the presentation by  , viewers see a clear and concise approach to the challenge of global study's complexity.  She encourages the continual use of timelines as visual aids in the classroom; the use of "free sources" (students, families, community); and the use of available documents, such as those available on docsteach.org.  When students are able to connect their stories to larger scale experience, they may freely pose questions of inquiry and exploration, which appears to be the case in Ms. Crockett's classroom.  Thank you for sharing your practice with our group!
