Beth Krasemann , thank you for the concise and clear approach to your work.  I like the open-ended written response that you include as a Step Six assessment, which allows students to craft independent findings well.  I also like your acknowledgements that students are not accustomed to such an approach (they may know multiple choice experience best) and resist initially (I hear such criticism, too), and that inquiry work, done well, takes some time on the part of the teacher.  I commend you on your successes and thank you for sharing your experience!
