Are there clock hour fees?
There are no fees for clock hours. Clock hours are provided by OSPI.

How many clock hours can I earn?
You can earn up to three clock hours by attending the entire conference. To receive clock hours, you must complete all of the following steps:

  1. Register for the conference.

  2. Sign up on pdEnroller for clock hours with a valid email address and your exact name.

  3. Attend the conference via Zoom link. Hours are awarded based on minutes logged into the conference. Attendees must log in via a laptop/desktop computer, as a phone sign-in will register with a phone number, not a valid name.

  4. Complete the conference survey. This generates a clock hour completion form for attendees to verify conference attendance.

How do I register for clock hours?
You can register for clock hours on pdEnroller. Visit the Clock Hours page for complete instructions.

How do I join the conference?
We will post links to the Zoom rooms for each session on this website. Click on the links via a laptop or desktop computer to join.

How do the breakout sessions work?
For the final part of the conference, you will choose one of five simultaneously-occurring sessions to attend. When it is time to move into these break-out sessions, you will be prompted to click on the Zoom link for the session you have selected. Descriptions for each of the five breakout sessions are listed on the Sessions page.

Can I switch sessions?
Attendees should stay in the breakout session they selected to ensure they earn clock hours.

I am interested in more than one breakout session. How do I learn about the content in other sessions?
All sessions will be recorded and made available following the conference. You will be able to access the recordings from the Sessions page.
