Images to help show relationships in content

Many of my students really benefit from visuals that help describe the connections of complex concepts. The acronyms -- ahem, initialisms -- that are in the crash course video (step 3 in the 1.4 International Climate Goals lesson) overwhelm my MLs in particular, and I drew this on the board this morning to help show relationships between the various groups.

How else do you show relationships between concepts in your courses? Are there other everyday visuals that you use to create connections within the content?

    That's a good visual, Gwen Duralek .

At the moment I can't think of a particular visual I create for the climate project. I think the Emissions Image Sort  does a good job of helping students understand the Grand Challenges.

The Grand Challenges  infographic is also pretty helpful.
