In my area there is an organization that has an extensive weather and phenology data set that is over 100 years old (started in 1896). The data can be accessed here: https://www.mohonkpreserve.org/what-we-do/conservation-programs/conservation-science/weather-data/ and here for the older data: https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/cdo-web/datasets/GHCND/stations/GHCND:USC00305426/detail another useful link here: https://www.uvm.edu/femc/data/archive/project/EMMA-weather-data-Mohonk/dataset?utm_source=chatgpt.com
I will one day make some lessons or a project using this dataset for students. It is very comprehensive and one of the most consistent data sets and really shows the changing climate. For anyone in the northeast it is especially pertinent.
