While I've never shown a full length film to my classes on World War I, I always find myself using clips from a number of movies. I can't even recall how many different clips I've shown and from what movies and documentaries, but these are the ones I have used for the last two years. I show the first two back-to-back when we examine the new weapons of war. The No Man's Land clip when we examine trench warfare and the last one to show a bit of humanity. I'm always wondering what others use. Any clips from 1917? Am I missing other important scenes from War Horse or All Quiet on the Western Front? Other movies or documentaries?
