Frames as an scaffold

Some of my students are in need of help with grasping the concept of the frames, so I continue to model these while we intro a lesson. By providing scaffolded guided notes for students t use while we watch the intro videos, has been helpful. Generally, I use strong magnets to post them on the board, then write all around the areas for students to use as a model for their notes. After the class, I'll use post-it notes to keep these posters centered on the time period (we're just introducing our "industrialization, labor & society" unit), so my frame posterss can be used over & over in each unit.

How have you created a successful repetitive process or scaffold for your reluctant learners?
