Does anyone use a Case Method style of teaching?
I have been working with the Case Method from Harvard Business school and have used some of their content. I just finished one about James Madison and his proposed Federal Negative. I have found this style to help students gain skills in critical thinking, communication, and group dynamics. In an increasingly online world, I think this has helped my students not only with the skills of communication, but also to develop rigor as the cases are fairly involved.
