What a great question and one that is a great transition from Unit 2 into Unit 3. There are so many elements here for students to pick up and things for us to explore (presentism for one would expose itself in cool ways!)
I for one, would think they would adapt much quicker to our time then us to their time. They have all the survival skills, so would just need to pick up cultural things that can be taught over time and in safety. For us, we need survival skills, which need to be learnt FAST or else the culture would potentially leave us aside.
Some cool ways in this question to get students to think about their own views of the present. We are doing lesson 3.2 tomorrow, and I will put this into our discussion at the start of class!
