Opportunity for Big History teachers!

Chelsea Katzenberg
Chelsea Katzenberg 1 month ago

Big History teachers: check out this exciting opportunity! This comes via Lauren Harris, a long-time OER Project advisory board member, and professor of history education at Arizona State University.

---

Are you a Big History Teacher? Do you teach about the future? If you answered “yes” to both these questions, you are invited to participate in a research study conducted by Arizona State University (see the study flyer), where you will be asked to complete a 15-20-minute anonymous questionnaire about your teaching of the future in your big history course. Participation is voluntary, and eligible participants will be entered into a drawing for three $50 gift cards for completing the questionnaire.

Click here to complete the questionnaire: https://forms.gle/ng4Swyb3hEsT8bfZ9

At the end of the questionnaire, you can also indicate whether you would like to be interviewed on Zoom to receive a $40 Gift Card. Please contact Lauren McArthur Harris with any questions.

Laura Massa Awesome! This would be a good opportunity to share with colleagues, too.

Yes Becca Horowitz I believe we need to spread the word among other teachers and universities so they can grasp how meaningful and formative Big History is.
