I know it will be several months until I circle back to the Haitian Revolution, but I did make a note in my planbook to consider the Haitian Revolution DBQ from Set 2 of the AP Euro exam this year. It's distinct from the Primary Source Collection for Unit 5. I have my students read excerpts from the DoRoMac and Bolivar's Jamaica Letter, so I was happy to find a resource to round things out with Haiti.

Because I needed something that didn't take too much time in class because I really like this OER video on the Haitian Revolution, I just made a Bell Ringer on identifying the sourcing method that's being used.

Right, and so simple! For my students who can't yet write sourcing, they at least get practice identifying it and seeing some good exemplars.
