Hexagonal Thinking Cold War

I am toying with the idea of a final assessment using Hexagonal Thinking. Here are page 1 and page 2. The plan is to have group of three come up with connections and explanations using Cold War ideas, terms, people, etc. Edutopia has great articles and examples if you haven't used Hexagonal Thinking before.

Thank you Janet Mann for the useful resources to use Hexagonal Thinking. As the end of the year approaches, this type of activities will put students to work at deep levels, making connections and supporting their claims using evidence. I will come up with one of these for the end of the year review.

Laura Massa I have attached pics of 3 assessments that my students did! They did a great job and said that they enjoyed the process better than an MCQ or LEQ test!!
