I’m planning a new activity to help my students prepare for an LEQ on globalization, and I’m excited to try it out! I found a helpful chart from OER, but I want to take it a step further by having students explain how each piece of evidence directly supports a given thesis. The goal is to push them beyond just identifying information and into deeper levels of argumentation and reasoning. I’ll be using a set of pre-selected articles from OER in a shared Google Drive folder to guide their research. This folder has everything you need if you'd like to use it in your classroom as well!
