As we are getting into the last part of the course, the APWH curriculum focuses on modern global issues. I usually divide this into two groups: 1.) World population growth, limitations, and effects AND 2.) Globalization causes, effects, and reactions.
I particularly like the OER Green Revolution video that does a really nice job of summarizing something that students often know nothing about plus can easily be paired with the 2011 AP Green Revolution DBQ.
Besides the fabulous OER Climate Project, what other resources do you use to discuss modern global issues?
