Cold War- Beyond USSR and USA

I've noticed that when teaching the Cold War, my students sometimes struggle to see it as more than just a standoff between the U.S. and the Soviet Union. How do you cover the perspectives of other countries caught in the conflict?  What OER articles or activities do you rely on help students see the bigger picture?

I use the Unit 8.0 Setting the Stage materials to kick things off, particularly the video "Unit 8 Overview: Cold War and Decolonization" and the article "Unit 8 Introduction: Cold War & Decolonization, 1945–1990." I also use the videos Angela Lee  mentioned. I wrap up this article, "End of Old Regimes." I also pair articles about the spread of (or resistance to) communism with decolonisation in that region as well.
