Has anyone done this activity? Any tips? There is no teacher version, so I am a little nervous.

Hi Alex Mikler I'd be very curious to hear what your experience was running this activity! How'd it go? I wonder if there was a teacher version would it have looked any different and maybe you could share if/how you modified?
Before I even did this OER version I've always run a sort of "election" where students voted for Candidate A or B. Here's my version that I think combines some of my own writing with the OER version. These days I can't really differentiate what's my own material from what I find here on OER and elsewhere. Like Todd Nussen it definitely raises some very thought provoking questions about political sway and why people are emotionally connected to a political platform.

I did something similar Adam before the OER material. One thing I should add is that I actually do a Google Form at the end to see who the students would elect.
