How do you consistently utilize the Unit Problem Notebook? Do you print each unit's problem notebook out and have students answer throughout the unit? I tried this at the beginning of the year but couldn't get into a routine with it.

Hi Ashley Hartman , I've had the same issue with the Unit Problem Notebook. By the end of the unit, I always forget to go back.
In previous years, I was more successful with them when I converted them into True/False style Anticipation Guides. Your post has reminded me to try to go back to that next year!
I've also sometimes used those questions as open-ended questions on formative quizzes throughout the units. The quiz setting helps my students respond to the questions more thoroughly and urgently than they would otherwise.

I like the idea of using the questions as formative assessments... I am always looking for quick ways to measure their understanding!
