I'm on the hunt for a colonies through civil war U.S history curriculum thats OER project level good, anyone have anything there willing to share?

The Reading Like a Historian curriculum from the Digital Inquiry Group (formerly Stanford History Education Group/SHEG) is an excellent resource that I always recommend as a starting point. You can search through their lessons, filter by World or US history, and once you do that you can filter by time period. Here is the complete list of lessons for you to look through. Note that you will need to make a free account to access the materials.
For assessment they also offer the History Assessments of Thinking (HATs) which also include details on how to construct your own to fit the exact needs of your classroom.
