  • There was so much information in this discussion!  I love the idea of helping students to make arguments with evidence.  It's kind of an OER Project thing.  However, when teaching students to make arguments, I always struggled with the idea that not all "perspectives" are equal/valid. For example, when teaching Civil Rights/Jim Crow Laws, how do you give equal time to those who oppose this movement (KKK, White Nationalists)?  Do you ever incorporate interdisciplinary strategies when teaching students how to make arguments?
