OER Project courses are the right fit for Louisiana schools in more ways than one.
- World History Project (WHP) 1200 to the Present is ideal for students taking world history, and it is aligned to the vast majority of Louisiana’s Social Studies Standards for World History. While Louisiana’s world history course starts in 1300, the WHP 1200 course provides students a bit more context with which to understand world changes that occurred around 1450.
- Big History Project is an excellent fit for Louisiana sixth-grade students, and it supports the rigor and standards of the C3 Framework.
