Clock Hours

Important update: The clock hour award process will be handled by OSPI; participants do not need to do anything at this point. Please allow up to two weeks after the webinar for OSPI to gather attendance reports and mark attendances. If your attendance is marked, you will automatically receive an email of your clock hour award. If prompted, please complete the evaluation that is included in the email after your attendance has been marked. Please do not email OSPI unless two weeks have passed and you still have not been awarded. Thank you.

This virtual conference offers three (3) clock hours for Washington State teachers. Register today for the conference, sign up for clock hour credit through pdEnroller, and join us on Feb 27!

Step 1: Register for the conference
Register for the conference here on the WSCSS Online Conference site. When you register, you automatically become a part of the OER Project Teacher Community. As a community member, you can connect with us anytime to see what other educators, scholars, and experts are saying and asking about this conference (and teaching history in general!).

Step 2: Sign up for clock hours on pdEnroller
Once you’ve registered for the conference, you will be directed to the pdEnroller site to register for clock hours. Register for clock hours on pdEnroller with a valid email address and your exact name.

Step 3: Attend the three-hour conference on February 27
Hours are awarded based on minutes logged into the conference. Attendees must log in via a laptop/desktop computer, as a phone sign-in will register with a phone number, not a valid name. Post-event, complete the conference survey from pdEnroller. This generates a clock hour completion form for attendees to verify conference attendance.
