To be eligible to receiving continuing education credit contact hours, Ohio teachers must have an approved Individualized Professional Development Plan (IPDP) on file with their Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC). If your IPDP is approved, please complete OER’s Professional Development Evaluation and Clock Hours Verification Form. Please submit the completed form to fundamentals@oerproject.com to receive your certificate of attendance within 5-7 business days. Once you receive your certificate, submit the certificate of attendance to your local LPDC.

Each school district/employer has the option to act as the PDE Act 48 provider and award/upload hours at their discretion. Washington teachers should register for the conference through both PD Enroller and the Fundamentals site to receive credit. Upon completion of the conference teachers should fill out the conference participation verification form linked here. Be sure to check the box indicating you would like credit for the conference through PD Enroller. Upon completion of this verification form, be sure to sign and save. Submit the completed form to myranda.andrews@k12.wa.us. Upon receipt and verification of your submission, a certificate of attendance* will be sent to you in 5–7 business days.
